At Techynaf, we build custom software solutions tailored to your requirements. Project specifics (deliverables, timelines, fees) are defined in a separate agreement which these Terms complement.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, final project deliverables transfer to you.

Third‑Party Tools: Any third‑party components remain under their respective licenses; we integrate them legally and appropriately.

Confidentiality

We treat all non‑public business, technical, and personal information as confidential and safeguard it during and after the engagement.

Payments

Schedule: Milestones / phases invoiced per the project agreement—timely payment keeps delivery on track.

Refunds: Completed / accepted work is non‑refundable; we collaborate to resolve issues early.

Support & Maintenance

Initial post‑launch stabilization is included. Ongoing maintenance, SLAs, performance improvements, and feature evolution are available under separate plans.

Warranty

During the defined warranty window (e.g. 30–90 days; see agreement) we remediate reproducible defects within agreed scope at no extra cost.

Limitation of Liability

We exclude indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach (with notice & cure period where applicable). You owe payment for completed / in‑progress approved work. Unpaid unfinished work remains Techynaf IP unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless resolved earlier through mediation or arbitration.

Keeping Things Updated

We may update these Terms to reflect improvements or legal changes. Material updates affecting an active project are communicated in advance.
